RECORDS

The Records Division at the Sunland Park Police Department is responsible for the dissemination and maintenance of all police reports and records.  The Records Division processes all the paperwork for the Court, District Attorney and Probation Department regarding arrests and investigations handled by the Sunland Park Police Department.

All requests for copies of records are handled by the Records Division.   The Records Division is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   A copy of a Police Report may be requested by coming to the Police Department and paying a three dollar fee.  Requests are also accepted by mail and FAX. The Records Division is under the management of Executive Secretary, Rita Ricarte.
